The %CV is calculated for each analyte in our software, Olink® NPX Signature, on linear NPX values (2^NPX) in the following way:
Intra CV (per plate) = stdev(control samples per plate)/average(control samples per plate)
Inter CV (between plates) = stdev(control samples on all plates)/average(control samples on all plates)
NPX Signature reports the average intra CV for all analytes, for all plates
NPX Signature reports the average inter CV for all analytes
