What is the Interplate control (IPC) for Olink® Target 96 composed of and how is it used in the data analysis?

The Interplate Control (IPC) contains antibodies coupled to the two complementary DNA-tags used for each assay in the panel, thus having them already in proximity. This is a powerful control used for normalization and compensates for potential sequence biases and variation between runs/plates.
