Data is delivered in Parquet file format. Parquet is a free open source file format built to handle columnar storage data. The file cannot be opened in Microsoft® Excel. Olink recommends installing and using DBeaver to view, query and export Parquet data.If required Parquet files can be exported to CSV format. Data will be delivered via a cloud service (Amazon AWS) where the user logs in to their Olink MyData account and downloads their data. This solution has a very high level of security and includes the possibility to configure two-factor authentication (TFA) for the MyData account.
