We recommend a range from 0.5 µg/µL – 1.0 µg/µL of total protein concentration in tissue and cell lysates. To determine the optimal protein concentration for the specific matrix, it is recommended to run samples in at least two different concentrations. It is important that all samples that are to be analyzed together have the same starting concentration
