Abstract
Patients with Duke’s stage Colorectal Cancer (CRC) were analyzed using both Proseek Multiplex and Luminex (27-plex Bio-plex human cytokine panel. 13 proteins showed similar expression pattern between the two platforms, but Proseek Multiplex showed significant correlation between CEA, IL-8, prolactin and CRC stage.
