Working with Olink Analysis Service

Our qualified service laboratories in Uppsala and Boston will support you from pre-study discussions to results. We analyze samples from focused studies with a small number of samples to full biobanks. If you need support or want to discuss additional analysis of your data after your project, Olink will be at your service all the way.

Our work with Olink on plasma-based immuno-oncology (IO) applications has allowed the identification of tumor and immune changes associated with immune checkpoint inhibitor response/non-response. This is particularly exciting as we combine this technology with deep tumor-based analysis to understand tumor-immune interactions and establish predictive and/or monitoring tools for IO. The small volume required for Olink analysis is a game-changer as it allows multi-analyte assessment of samples and validation of findings by multiple orthogonal platforms.

Case study

The Human Disease Blood Atlas

The Human Disease Blood Atlas provides access to proteomic profiles from patients with various diseases. The first release, focusing on cancer, analyzes 1,463 proteins across 15 cancer types using Olink Explore and data from over 1,500 U-CAN biobank patients.

Case study

UK Biobank Pharma Proteomics Project  

In April 2023, The UK Biobank Pharma Proteomics Project was analyzed on the Olink Explore 3072 platform by Olink Analysis Service. This ongoing population-scale project, backed by a pharma consortium, applied the Olink Explore platform for proteomic analysis of over 50,000 participants. To date, over 10,000 genetic associations for 1,463 proteins have been released, with more to come.
